Australias Min Wee Lee gained his maiden title on the European Tour in his home country in Geelong by two strokes from his fellow countryman Ryan Fox. Three strokes more in third place were Marcus Fraser, Sciot-Siegrist and Travis Smyth. Min Wee Lee moved to 229th place in the World Rankings and 11th in the Race to Dubai.

JC Ritchie led a group of fellow South Africans by two strokes to a maiden victory on the Challenge Tour in Modimolle in South Africa. In second place was Wilco Nienaber followed by Hennie du Plessis and Jacques Kruyswijk. JC Ritchie moved into 161st position in the World Rankings and 85th in the Race to Dubai.

European Tour - Graeme MacDowell

Graeme MacDowell from Northern Ireland gained his eleventh title on the European Tour in Saudi Arabia winning by two strokes from Dustin Johnson of the USA. In equal third place were Thomas Pieters, Phil Mickelson and Gavin Green. With this win Graeme MacDowell moved to 104th in the World Rankings and 3rd in the Race to Dubai.

European Tour - Lucas Herbert

Australian Lucas Herbert gained his maiden title on the European Tour in a play-off against South African Christiaan Bezuidenhout. In equal third place were Frenchman Adri Arnaus, South African Dean Burmester and Englands Tom Lewis. With this win Lucas Herbert moved to 79th position in the World Rankings and 2nd in the Race to Dubai.

Englands Lee Westwood brought his total European Tour wins up to 25 when he won the title in Abu Dhabi. In equal third position two strokes more were Matthew Fitzpatrick, Tommy Eastwood and Vitor Perez. Lee Westwood moved to 29th place in the World Rankings and 1st in the Race to Dubai.

Australian player Adam Scott added another title on the European Tour to bring his total up t 11. In second place was Michael Hendry whilst the third place was tied by four other Australians and one Chinese.
